1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the Match Analytics Partner Vault ("the Vault") via an access link, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Vault.

2. Access codes

Access codes are issued per Match Analytics account and are personal to you. You may not share, sell, or publish your access code. We may revoke a code at any time if we suspect misuse.

3. Third-party offers

Every offer displayed in the Vault is provided by an independent third-party partner. Bonus terms, eligibility, expiry, and fulfillment are set and honored by that partner, not by Match Analytics. We surface offers in good faith and refresh them regularly, but we do not guarantee an offer's availability at the moment you claim it, nor do we guarantee a partner's performance once you leave the Vault.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use automated tools to scrape, replicate, or mass-claim offers, attempt to bypass the access-code requirement, or use the Vault for any unlawful purpose.

5. No warranty

The Vault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for losses arising from your use of a third-party offer, including changes to bonus terms made by the partner after you claim.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Vault after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
